Coach Stephanie Cline has an extensive coaching background, with over two decades of experience across multiple sports. She led the Carondelet Varsity Volleyball team for 11 seasons (1994-2004), winning seven league championships and three North Coast Section titles. She was named the 1999 Contra Costa Times Coach of the Year and received the CIF Model Coach Award in 2004.

Currently, Coach Stephanie Cline serves as the Head Coach for De La Salle Varsity Volleyball, a role she has held since 2018. Under her leadership, the team won the 2023 North Coast Section Championship, and she was honored as the 2024 California State Coaches Association Boys Volleyball Coach of the Year.

In addition to volleyball, Coach Stephanie Cline has coached track and field, badminton, and various youth sports. As a former multi-sport athlete in high school and at CSU, Chico, she brings a deep understanding of athletic development. Her passion for coaching comes from a desire to give back and mentor athletes, helping them build confidence and life skills through sports.
